Hospice: Portraits of the Living
We are
creating a documentary that interweaves the rich journeys of several selected people, as their lives are touched by hospice organizations and services. We meet each of them at different points in their interactions with hospice, and those narratives show the audience how our participants are changed by time and experience. Although the
hospice movement is an international one, the film features the work of
Hospicare and Palliative Care Services (www.hospicare.org)
in Ithaca, NY since it serves as a model program, and will reveal the
hospice story in a compelling way. The project is shot on digital
video. ...learn more
