Welcome

Congratulations on making a healthy choice to add strength training to your exercise routine. Join people from Debbie's class as they demonstrate an easy to follow and effective exercise routine.

The benefits of strength training are many, including increased strength, lowered blood pressure, decreased stress, lowered risk of diabetes, osteoporosis and heart disease, increased balance, decreased cholesterol and a better sense of well being. Exercising also improves your quality of sleep, which gives you more energy for the day.

This exercise program was designed with people age 65 and older in mind. However, you can do these exercises at any age.

This DVD features a 36 minute total body workout with hand weights and stand alone versions of a 20 minute upper body workout and a 25 minute lower body workout.

About Debbie
Deborah Bosanko, MS. has a Masters degree in Recreation from SUNY Cortland. She is a certified group exercise instructor (since 1994) through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is also a certified personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. She has been teaching various exercise classes to senior citizens since 1994. Strength training for seniors has been Debbie's specialty for more than ten years.
